Payoffs are normally requested when you are selling or refinancing your loan. Payoffs must be requested in writing. Phone requests are not accepted.
Your Effective Date
The effective date is the day we must receive your payoff to satisfy your remaining loan balance. It cannot be more than 30 days from the date of your request. If your payoff is not received by that date, you will need to request a new one.
